Feeding unit
- Servo lead edge feeding system and the design of maximum feeding travel enable stable and precise sheet feeding.
- Four dedusting procedures effectively minimize the need for wiping printing plate, so as to improve efficiency.
Printing unit
- Non-stop printing plate mounting. Printing plate can be mounted on stand-by unit during machine running for next order, which is more efficient for order change. Safety device is equipped.
- Independent servo system drive the print cylinder with a 0.1mm reset precision
- Anilox roll quick-change design results in roll changing within 30 minutes which is available for both high precision and low precision printing.
- Ink saving: nonstick ink tank and ink saving design.
Scoring unit
- Independent scoring unit for convenient adjusting.
- Equal-diameter large wheels. Creasing wheel is similarly designed as creasing wheel on die.
- Switchover between two scoring wheels which is available for different thickness and quality of sheets.
Slotting unit
- Dual-slotting mechanism to prevent blur edge.
- Equipped with motorized waste removing device.
Die-cutting unit
- Independent servo drive system prevents shock of die-cutting to the main motor.
- Grinding wheel leveling device ensures that every single cut can be cut off completely, prolonging the lifespan of the anvil cover as well.

ZXE350 Folder Gluer
- Suction and rubbing on the folding belt to reduce or eliminate crow's feet.
- Folding roll ensures that the board can be folded along the streak line, resulting in accurate size for gluing.
- Edge stripping device ensures that the waste edge can be stripped off completely before going into gluing unit
